  • We currently ship only within Canada.

Processing Time

  • Orders placed by 12 PM EST on business days will be processed and shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Shipping Time

  • Typical delivery takes 1-5 business days. Please be aware that delivery times may vary due to location or unforeseen factors such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders over $50 CAD qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders under $50 CAD incur a $10 flat shipping fee.
  • Subscribe & Save orders always qualify for free shipping.

Order Tracking

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s delivery status.

Address Changes

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at sales@planettoner.com. We will try to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee adjustments once the order is processed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at sales@planettoner.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. We will collaborate with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

International Shipping
