Refund policy

 

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send back the item. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

  • Check your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will assess the issue and correct it.

Refunds:

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
